How is an acoustic guitar actually made from our local wood? Our trainees curiously pursued the question and during a tour of the Lakewood guitar workshop. They were accompanied by the founder of Lakewood Guitars, Martin Seeliger, and were allowed to ask questions about the company and its guitars.

From selecting the woods, to bending the sides, to painting and finishing the guitar, they were able to observe every step.

In 1986, Lakewood was founded. Since then, Martin Seeliger and his team have made over 34,000 musicians happy with their Lakewood guitars.
