My name is Alina, I am 21 years old and I am currently in my 3rd year of my apprenticeship as a clerk for wholesale management. I would like to take you along on my trip to Didacta in Cologne.
Didacta is not just a trade fair, it is THE event in the education sector! As an exhibitor at Didacta 2024 in Cologne, we had the opportunity not only to present our products, such as HOHNER or SONOR Orff & Percussion, but also to combine education and music. And the best thing about it? Trade fairs like these are not only places for business, but also for networking! Here you can establish new contacts and deepen existing relationships. You might even form new partnerships or friendships! Our preparation for the trade fair began months in advance. We developed a well thought-out concept to present our products in the best possible way, and then we finally set off for Cologne! We spent a whole week there and on Monday we set up our stand - and I can assure you, it looked fantastic!
On Saturday evening, after the exhibition gates had closed, it was time to dismantle our stand. But don't worry, it wasn't nearly as time-consuming as it might seem! Thanks to a well-coordinated team and well thought-out organization, we managed to dismantle the stand quickly.
Didacta and its concept was simply impressive! Our stand attracted visitors from all areas of the education sector - from teachers and school principals to curious children. We had the opportunity to have a direct dialog with them and present our products. As an exhibitor at a trade fair, you can improve your presentation and communication skills enormously, which will benefit you not only in business but also in everyday life.
My conclusion? Participating as an exhibitor at Didacta 2024 was a complete success and an exciting project for our company! We were able to expand our network, establish valuable contacts and further strengthen our commitment to the education sector. And the best thing about it? We are already looking forward to the next trade fair, which won't be long in coming!
